In an effort to provide the highest quality meeting and event services at an affordable rate we have committed to green and eco-friendly vendors who share these same principles.

We ask for change from those we work with be it venues, vendors or suppliers. 

ADH Meetings & Events uses creative methods to implement alternative energy sources, green products, and resourceful waste management programs during the planning and implementation stages of our programs.  

ADH helps build communities by working with local vendors. We work to reduce waste by requesting our vendors dispose of excess materials in an economical and eco-sensitive fashion.

We encourage practices such as donating excess food or décor to local food shelters, hospitals and community organizations.

Our team also compels attendees to get excited about sustainability by encouraging them to be a part of the solution. We encourage feedback on initiatives and can offer engaging on-site practices when requested.
